If you advance to the final, message us via Instagram or WhatsApp — we will capture your award ceremony moment!
Group photos with your family & friends at the event banner are available as a bonus when time permits — not guaranteed in every package.

Important Rules
  1. Your booking covers up to 2 selected events. The photographer will shoot until sufficient coverage is achieved for your events, then move on. If you advance to the final or award ceremony and want those moments captured, please notify us via Instagram DM (@sportylensstories) or WhatsApp — otherwise coverage ends once sufficient photos have been captured.
  2. Changing your dress/costume color between events may reduce shooting time. If you plan to change outfits, please factor in that the photographer needs to identify you on the floor — keeping the same outfit across your events ensures the best coverage.
  3. All photos are delivered via a private online link as finished, edited images with the SportyLensStories watermark/logo. You may not remove, crop out, or alter the watermark in any way.
  4. Photos are for personal use only. Commercial use (advertising, merchandise, resale, paid promotion) is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.
  5. Only finished, edited photos are delivered. RAW files or unedited originals are not provided.
  6. When sharing photos on social media, please tag @sportylensstories — we appreciate your support!
  7. No refunds for no-show or withdrawal from the competition. Your booking reserves a dedicated photographer slot.
  8. Photos are delivered within 7 days after the event. This is live event photography — re-shoots or re-edits are not available.
